WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will collaborate with different clients, including Payroll and HR teams, to ensure payroll, benefits and preprocesses are provided to clients.
- Align with client HR strategies
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Provide coaching to clients on a variety of actions including employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application, talent management & development and compliance requirements
- Perform full cycle recruiting
- Assist clients with performance management, merit and bonus awards and benefits enrollment
- Look for ways to streamline and improve HR processes
- Evaluate issues, patterns and trends to provide proactive insights for HR solutions and program designs
- Assist with other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 5+ years Payroll, Benefits and Human Resources Generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Prior Human Resources consulting or payroll experience experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting or related field
- MSWD and Excel skills
- HRIS experience a plus
- Ability to coach employees and management through issues
- Able to work in a team and independently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to organize, multitask and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Strong verbal and written communication

Hours: 42 – 45 hours per week, core hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm
Length: Direct Hire
Pay for the Human Resources Business Partner position: $60,000.00 – $65.000.00 / yr. – based on experience
