Our client specializes in commercial property developers.


As a Human Resources Coordinator you will aid with and facilitate the human resource processes at all business locations.

  • Administer health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations
  • Process required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions
  • Perform employee engagement functions by answering employee requests and questions
  • Submit online investigation requests and assist with new-employee background checks
  • Conduct audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommend corrective action
  • Assist with processing of terminations in all areas
  • Assist with the preparation of the performance review process
  • Assist with recruitment and interview process
  • Tracks status of candidates and respond with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process
  • Schedule meetings and interviews as requested
  • Make photocopies, mail, scan and e-mail documents
  • File documents into appropriate employee files
  • Assist or prepare correspondence as requested
  • Coordinate the onboarding process
  • Prepare new-employee files
  • Processes mail
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


  • 6+ months of human resources experience
  • Would consider someone with a recent Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
  • Must have an understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is a huge plus
  • Excel skills
  • Any pivot tables experience is a plus
  • HRIS software is a plus
  • Friendly and personable
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Strong time-management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Must be flexible to learning new things and taking on different tasks
  • Strong work ethic
