As a Human Resources Coordinator / Payroll Specialist, your main responsibility will be payroll administration.

  • Field team member questions/concerns and provide guidance on compensation and leaves
  • Update team member attendance and payroll records
  • Track metrics, generate reports on compensation changes and other key metrics
  • Assist with investigations and conduct human resources file audits
  • Any other duties as assigned


  • Data reporting experience
  • 1+ years of human resources experience
  • Knowledge of benefit programs is preferred
  • Experience with team member support and care within a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is a huge plus
  • MSWD and Excel skills
  • Any experience in Workday and Kronos is preferred
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in team environment
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Must have a passion for serving team members
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills

Hours: Full-time hours between 7:00am – 5:00pm
