WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Recruiter, you will recruit for production roles as well as work closely with temporary services to coordinate with temporary employees.
- Post jobs on various sites
- Set up temporary employees in the system
- Communicate with internal teams regarding employees
- Locker assignments
- Update labor plans
- Validate weekly timecards and submissions
- Worker’s compensation
- Payroll support
- Entry of employee call-in’s into ADP
- Party planning
- New hire orientation
- Update documents
- Track disciplinary actions
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1-2+ years of recruiting experience
- Degree preferred
- MSWD, Excel & Outlook skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Strong communication skills
- Good time-management skills, organized and very detailed
- Trustworthy and reliable

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, (7:00am-4:00pm considered) availability & open to work 6:00am-6:00pm on occasion
Length: Temporary-to-Hire
Pay for the Recruiter position: $22.00-$27.00/hr. based on experience
