WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Human Resources Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment within their very high volume assigned division.
- Work with and try to fill approximately 20-35 open requisitions at a time
- Search online and respond to all inquiries and applications
- Perform phone and virtual phone screens
- Review information and send to hiring managers to review/consider
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers
- Set up all the onboarding, drug screens and background checks
- Make offers to applicants
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Recruiting role or human resources experience is highly preferred
- Would consider a recent graduate with no working experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
- Computer savvy with the ability to catch onto their software programs quickly
- Must be comfortable with general use of the internet
- Basic skillset in MSWD and Excel
- Experience working with Workday is a huge plus
- Outgoing, friendly and must have excellent people skills
- Positive attitude and strong phone etiquette
- Must be able to maintain calm and professional when dealing with all applicants
- Must be able to relate to the person’s search and advocate for the company on why they should work for them
- Must love being on the phones and communicating with people
- Extremely strong multitasking skills in a very fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to jump in, take good notes and catch on quickly
- Must live within driving distance of Appleton, WI

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Length: Temporary
Pay for the Human Resources Recruiter position: $15.00 – $18.00 / hr. – based on experience
Location: Appleton, WI – THIS POSITION WILL START OUT REMOTE BUT WILL EVENTUALLY GO BACK TO THE OFFICE, MUST LIVE WITHIN DRIVING DISTANCE OF APPLETON, WI
