WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a multimillion-dollar workplace giving campaign working directly with businesses.
- Work with business owners, CEO’s and campaign coordinators that they already have relationships with to get information on the workplace giving program
- Collect the funds donated from the businesses
- Plan and execute the workplace campaign including the campaign timeline, volunteer prospecting, and promotions
- Assist in attracting and retaining new business donors
- Lead the annual giving campaign
- Prepare campaign materials
- Maintain and update donor records
- Develop and execute print and online thank you materials
- Research, write and support grant applications
- Assist with planning annual donor recognition events
- Attend resource development education/training programs
- Give presentations at companies as requested
- Lead the Loaned Executive Program
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Fundraising or sales experience is ideal
- May consider a recent graduate in Marketing, Business or Communications with a strong internship experience
- Non-profit industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Marketing, Business or Communications is preferred
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Computer savvy to learn company software
- Strong relationship building skills
- Project management skills
- Highly organized, detail oriented and a self-starter

- Reliable, dedicated, hard worker, career orientated
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance
- Live within driving distance of Green Bay, WI

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm, summer hours leave at 12:00pm on Friday
Length: Long-Term Temporary
Pay for the Campaign Manager position: $45,000.00 – $53,000.00 / yr. – based on experience
Location: Green Bay, WI – hybrid option available – must live within driving distance of Green Bay, WI
