As a Customer Service Representative, you will be serving as a first contact for a select account base by responding to their e-mails and voicemails.

  • Review e-mails and take appropriate action
  • Responsible for all quoting, pricing and invoicing
  • Enter incoming orders and verify pricing information
  • Mail acknowledgements, order status reports and recommendations
  • Take releases and make necessary “ship to” changes
  • Reconcile Warehouse inventories and balances
  • Monitor inventories
  • Follow-up on potential damage of product
  • Send periodic ISO review letters
  • Update and route mill name and personnel changes
  • Serve as a primary backup to others within the department


  • Must live in or near Appleton, WI
  • Experience in beginning to end customer service or account management that includes some numbers related work
  • Manufacturing and/or paper industry experience is a huge plus
  • International shipping experience is a plus
  • Must have confidence in your math and figuring skills
  • Computer savvy with the ability to catch onto new software/programs quickly
  • Strong and accurate typing/data entry skills
  • MSWD and Excel skills
  • Any experience/knowledge with PowerPoint, Access and/or JD Edwards is a plus
  • Strong multitasking skills in fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm

Length: Temporary to Hire

Pay for the Customer Service Representative position: $21.00 – $25.00 / hr. – based on experience

Location: Appleton, WI – once trained there will be an opportunity to work from home one day per week must live in or near Appleton, WI
