WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service / Vendor Account Specialist, you will take care of accounts payable posting, statement review and work with vendors on shortage claims.
- Work with warehouses on shortage claims
- Scan paperwork
- Print invoices
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Office experience
- Back office experience working with high volume of data and paperwork preferred
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable background or accounting knowledge preferred
- Computer savvy
- Work well with data and numbers
- Excel skills
- Detailed, accurate and very analytical
- Good judgment and problem solving skills
- Team player
- Live within driving distance of Appleton, WI

Length: Long-Term Temporary
Pay for the Customer Service / Vendor Account Specialist position: $15.00-$20.00/hr. based on experience
Location: Appleton, WI. Hybrid option available after training. Must live within driving distance of Appleton, WI.
