WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Assistant, you will assist with getting agents access to the online quoting system and respond to customer inquiries
- Clean up of electronic filing/document systems
- Schedule partner trainings and meetings
- Outbound calls
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Office experience
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- MSWD, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
- MS Teams experience a plus
- CRM experience preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Work well independently and in a team environment
- Live within driving distance of Neenah, WI
