Are you a Hybrid Office Assistant who lives within driving distance of Neenah, WI? Are you a Hybrid Office Assistant who has strong Excel skills?

Our client is an insurance company that has been providing service for over 100 years.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Office Assistant, you will assist with getting agents access to the online quoting system and respond to customer inquiries

  • Clean up of electronic filing/document systems
  • Schedule partner trainings and meetings
  • Outbound calls

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Office experience
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • MSWD, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
  • MS Teams experience a plus
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Work well independently and in a team environment
  • Live within driving distance of Neenah, WI
