WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Rebates / Office Assistant, you will assure timely processing of rebates from submission through reconciliation and final payment.
- Work with Distributors, Field Sales and Revenue Management to measure performance of contracts
- Assure all appropriate policies, processes and audit controls are all in place and enforced
- Provide backup support to other areas in the department as needed
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1+ years of accounting related or analytical experience to include numbers related and analytical/reporting work
- Off-invoice contract pricing, rebate chargeback procedures, programs analysis, or related fields experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred but will consider prior work experience without a degree
- Microsoft Office skills
- Excel skills
- SAP experience is a plus
- Customer focused with strong follow through skills
- Ability to exercise judgment and organizational skills to process customer orders, manage customer inventory and maximize customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Willingness to learn
- Live in or near Appleton, Wisconsin

Hours: Monday – Friday, full-time hours between 7:00am – 5:00pm
Length: Long-Term Temporary
Pay for the Rebates / Office Assistant position: $16.00 – $18.00 / hr. – based on experience
Location: Appleton, WI – After training, there is a hybrid option, must live in or near Appleton, Wisconsin
