WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Sales / Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to Management, team members and the clients.
- Monitor daily inbox que for e-mails of orders, web inquiries, questions and requests from Sales Representatives
- Research and problem solve if something is not making sense
- Process sample requests and order samples and ship to the client
- Manage information within databases while communicating with the Sales team and prioritizing workflow
- Order management utilizing client, customer portal and systems
- Assist with sales reporting processes, sales & trade fund management tracking and database updates
- Handle the administrative side of liquidation process as well as processing liquidation orders
- Coordinate client interactions including office visits and teleconferencing
- May help coordinate company-wide events and travel
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 2+ years of administrative assistant experience
- Administrative experience from a Sales team is a huge plus
- Ability to explain to a client why the answer is yes or no and not afraid to say no
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Computer savvy with the ability to pick up on programs very quicly
- Any experience with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Access, Salesforce and/or SAP is a plus
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- Positive and can do attitude
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Professional and clear interpersonal skills
- Extremely high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well with deadlines

Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Length: Temporary to Hire
Pay for the Sales / Administrative Assistant position: $17.00 – $19.00 / hr. – based on experience
