Our client is an independent insurance company that partners with their clients to get them the best coverage. They now have 4 locations serving northeastern Wisconsin.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will assist the sales staff with quoting and selling of new policies.
- Contact current customers to discuss additional coverages for their policies
- Work with other account managers to ensure daily tasks are completed
- Communicate with internal staff and external clients via phone, email, and Microsoft teams for questions and meetings
- Work with several companies to find the best solutions for customers
- Prepare, quote and sell insurance policies to customers
- Answer phones and handle phone calls regarding claims
- Customer service and research work
- Paperwork, filing and supporting the office with whatever they need help with
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license is strongly preferred
- Will consider someone with 1+ years of office support experience that is looking for a career in insurance and wants to get licensed
- Will also consider a college graduate who has worked in business to business sales or someone who has a strong interest in the insurance industry and enjoys working with people
- Must get a Property & Casualty (P&C) license within 60 days of hire
- Must have commercial lines account management experience if you want to work at the Green Bay location
- Basic MSWD and Excel skills
- Must be familiar with Outlook
- Computer literate and comfortable working between multiple screens on a computer
- Experience using Partner XE is a plus
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Creative problem solving skills
- Must be comfortable in a fast growing and forward-thinking culture
- Strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communications skills
- Self-motivated and have the passion to want to succeed for yourself and for the company

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Length: Temporary to Hire or Direct Hire
Pay for the Inside Sales Account Manager position: $15.00 – $25.00 / hr. – based on experience / licenses
Location: Multiple locations in the Fox Cities as well as Green Bay and Chilton, WI
