WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for working with and providing support to internal staff / departments.
- Manage leads and inside sales / phone calls
- Collaborate on sales transactions and help with implementation of new or improved business processes and systems
- Learn the functionality of the equipment, which includes studying and learning the product specifications to become proficient in product application issues
- Become familiar with distributors
- Plan meetings and informational transfer to existing, new & prospective distributors
- Participate in field travel that may include sales calls, distributor open houses, industry trade shows, field sales training seminars, etc.
- Receive demographic report requests from distributors as well as put together reports and give interpretation of data
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 3 years+ of sales experience, if not degreed
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or Finance is a plus (Degree required if no work experience)
- Customer service skills
- Telemarketing experience a plus
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Desire to explore new and creative ways to deliver customer service
- Work in team environment
- Ability to see projects through to completion
- Follow-up skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Very minimal/occasional travel – costs are 100% covered by employer

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm (occasional overtime as needed)
Length: Temporary-to-Hire or Direct Hire
Pay for the Inside Sales Associate position: $45,000-$50,000/yr. based on experience
