WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Insurance Licensing Coordinator, you will coordinate licensing for agents & claims adjusters as well as maintain records and submit forms for licensing.

  • Process licensing expenses electronically through various systems and websites
  • Assist Senior Licensing Specialist and other legal departments with projects

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 3+ years of insurance industry experience focusing on licensing and compliance
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Computer savvy to learn multiple computer applications
  • Excel, Outlook & OneNote skills
  • Multitasking & prioritizing skills
  • Organized and high attention to detail & accuracy
  • Work well constructively under stress and pressure
  • Problem solving & analytical skills
  • Live within driving distance of Neenah, WI

Length: Temporary-to-Hire

Pay for the Insurance Licensing Coordinator position: $40,000-$60,000/yr. based on experience

Location: Neenah, WI. Position can be onsite or hybrid (working 3 days onsite). Must live within driving distance to Neenah, WI.
