WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily management and oversight of company inventory including raw materials, purchased parts, and work in process.
- Daily inventory management
- Issue cycle counts and adjust shop routings
- Research inventory adjustments and work with the shop to solve material issues
- Monitor and record daily vendor return transactions
- Manage pending labor and material transactions impacting any work in process
- Monitor floor management of purchased parts and finished products
- Work with production to find ways to use up slow moving inventory
- Monitor and report inventory turnover
- Communicate with multiple departments to ensure inventory accuracy
- Coordinate annual year-end physical inventory
- Report slow moving inventory, inventory adjustments, and other inventory metrics monthly
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Inventory management experience within a manufacturing industry
- Understand how physical product works
- Daily interactions with production and accounting
- Understand ERP transactions that affect inventory values and production flow
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Excel and ERP experience
- Process driven

Hours: 40-45 hours per week between 6:00am-5:00pm
