WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Inventory / Office Assistant, you will answer phone calls as well as enter sales order tickets, handle purchasing tasks and file/organize paperwork.
- Enter data and products into the system
- Shipping, receiving and inventory
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Office/administrative support, inventory or shipping & receiving experience/background
- Inventory management experience preferred
- Computer savvy
- MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
- Proactive personality and a sense of urgency
- Work well independently with little supervision
- Organizational skills
- Team player

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: 3 days per week 8:00am-4:30pm. Flexible to work Mondays and Fridays when asked.
Length: Temporary to Hire
Pay for the Inventory / Office Assistant position: $16.00-$20.00 /hr. based on experience
