WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Inventory / Office Assistant, you will answer phone calls as well as enter sales order tickets, handle purchasing tasks and file/organize paperwork.

  • Enter data and products into the system
  • Shipping, receiving and inventory

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Office/administrative support, inventory or shipping & receiving experience/background
  • Inventory management experience preferred
  • Computer savvy
  • MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Proactive personality and a sense of urgency
  • Work well independently with little supervision
  • Organizational skills
  • Team player

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Hours: 3 days per week 8:00am-4:30pm. Flexible to work Mondays and Fridays when asked.

Length: Temporary to Hire
