Our client is a growing medical establishment that provides in home diagnostic services and is passionate about providing the best treatment for their patients while making a difference in their lives.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Marketing Administrative Assistant, you will update company website information.

  • Update information regarding locations, company leaders etc.
  • Create content
  • Update social media platforms

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 6+ months experience social media experience and experience working with updating company website information preferred
  • Will consider a recent marketing graduate
  • Video editing knowledge is a plus
  • Budget management experience is a plus
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • WordPress, Adobe Acrobat and/or Salesforce software is a plus
  • Jump in and hit the ground running, go with the flow attitude and flexible to change
  • Able to work well with others remotely
  • Self-motivated, detailed and accurate
  • Reliable
  • Must live in Wisconsin
