Our client designs, builds and sells single story family condos in the Fox Valley and Green Bay area. They pride themselves on establishing exceptional communities.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Marketing & Event Coordinator, you will greet guests as well as receive incoming phone calls and provide callers with information and/or route calls.

  • Reply and/or route general company emails
  • Receive deliveries and incoming mail
  • Prepare community newsletters and correspondence
  • Order office supplies
  • Prepare and deliver homeowner welcome gifts
  • Create and/or order sales, marketing and advertising materials
  • Coordinate/execute marketing and advertising mailings
  • Maintain weekly sales meeting agenda
  • Update company website
  • Plan and execute community and marketing events
  • Create and order invites
  • Obtain vendor quotes
  • Order food and necessary supplies
  • Monitor and track event supplies and beverages
  • Set up and take down event space
  • Assist with other events

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Administrative, office support or office management type of experience
  • Planning & hosting events experience a plus
  • Updating websites experience a plus
  • Computer savvy & can learn computer programs quicker
  • MSWD, Excel & Outlook skills
  • Microsoft Publisher and Acrobat experience
  • Go-getter & take ownership of the role
  • Strong prioritizing skills
  • Professional and personable communication skills
  • Live within driving distance of Appleton & Green Bay, WI

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Hours: 8:00-4:30pm, 8:30am-5:00pm (some flexibility) occasional night hours and weekends for events

Length: Temporary-to-Hire

Pay for the Marketing & Event Coordinator position: $22.00-$24.00/hr. based on experience

Location: Appleton or Green Bay WI. Must be open to driving to both locations. Position has the potential to be hybrid once trained. Must live within driving distance of Appleton & Green Bay, WI.
