WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Marketing Manager, you will organize promotional events and giveaways as well as review current marketing campaigns.
- Analyze hits on the website
- Brainstorm advertising with management
- Draft media responses
- Social media
- Keep company website updated
- Supervise Marketing team
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- Social media experience
- Leadership role experience preferred
- Real estate or property management experience preferred
- Computer savvy
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Degree in Marketing or Communications a plus
- Understand Microsoft Office programs
- Self-motivated and positive
- Strong leadership skills
- Organized and strong time-management skills

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm (possible evening hours for events)
Length: Temporary to Hire or Direct Hire
Pay for the Marketing Manager position: $60,000.00/yr.
