WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Office Administrator, you will greet visitors, answer phones and handle incoming payments/donations.

  • Monthly newsletters and mailings
  • Coordinate volunteer schedules
  • Update & maintain website and social media sites

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1+ years of administrative support or office support experience
  • Social media experience
  • MSWD and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience working with Church Windows preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Handle confidential information
  • Organized and detailed
  • Good communication skills
