WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Administrator, you will greet visitors, answer phones and handle incoming payments/donations.
- Monthly newsletters and mailings
- Coordinate volunteer schedules
- Update & maintain website and social media sites
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1+ years of administrative support or office support experience
- Social media experience
- MSWD and PowerPoint skills
- Experience working with Church Windows preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Handle confidential information
- Organized and detailed
- Good communication skills
