WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Assistant, you will be taking a list of parts, accessing the Intranet and/or their Omnify system tracing where a part (finished well) is used and inputting the information into Excel.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Intermediate/ advanced skillset in Excel
- Any experience working in the manufacturing and/or service parts industry is a plus
- Must be very computer savvy with the ability to learn new programs/software systems quickly
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Must be okay with behind the scenes, high volume entry and computer work
- Must live in or near Appleton, WI
