Our client is located in northeastern Brown County adjacent to the City of Green Bay.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Assistant, you will assist the office staff with various tasks.
- Filing
- Handling and organizing paper records
- Assisting with creating a new filing system
- Setting up correspondence for the staff
- General administrative work
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 6+ months of office experience
- MSWD and Excel
- Able to bend and reach to file and lift boxes up to 10 lbs.
- Detail oriented and accurate
- Handle confidential information
- Friendly, personable and reliable

Hours: 20-25 hours per week between 8:00am-5:00pm, contact us for details
