WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Assistant, you will work out of three different systems.
- Import documents
- Insert text boxes for signatures, dates and positions titles
- Document work results
- Data entry and systems navigating
- Back-up Office Administrator duties
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Open to types of experience as long there is a comfort level navigating through multiple systems
- Working with industry specific software
- Data entry

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week between 8:00am – 5:00pm, open to schedules
Length: Long Term Temporary
Pay for the Office Assistant position: $14.00 / hr.
