WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Assistant, you will handle back office duties for the Immigration Attorney.
- Translate for clients through written and verbal communication
- Assist with translating and completing immigration forms
- Assist with answering phones and greeting walk in visitors/clients
- Assist with receptionist lunches / breaks
- Data entry and filing
- Assist with translating and completing immigration forms
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must
- Strongly prefer 1+ year of office or customer service experience
- MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Able to work well independently
- Good communication skills
- Personable and friendly
- Reliable

Hours: 25-30, possibly up to 32 hours per week between 8:00am – 5:00pm, contact us for details

Pay for the Office Assistant position: $15.00 / hr. – $17.00 / hr. – based on experience
