WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Assistant, you will be scanning documents, copying and renaming folders.
- Move files from one folder to another
- Any other duties needed
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Any scanning experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills
- Excel skills
- Must okay with back of office work and must work well independently
- Must be fast-paced, deadline driven and detail oriented

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: 40 hours per week between 8:00am – 5:00pm
Length: Temporary
Pay for the Office Assistant position: $14.00 – $16.00 / hr. – based on experience
