Are you an Office Assistant who has strong problem solving skills? Are you an Office Assistant who is looking for an opportunity with part-time hours?

Our client is a manufacturing company in the Green Bay area that has been established since 1925.


As an Office Assistant, you will answer the phones, take customer orders through the phone and via e-mail.

  • Order entry, filing, etc.
  • Greet anyone coming into the office
  • Assist with basic accounting duties and entry into QuickBooks
  • Support others with whatever needs to be done
  • Any other duties assigned


  • 1+ year of office experience including customer service
  • Basic accounting experience knowledge
  • Order entry experience is a plus
  • Human resources knowledge or experience is a plus
  • Any knowledge or experience from working in a convenience store/retail setting working with food/beverage is a plus
  • Any familiarity or knowledge of wholesale delivery is a plus
  • Computer savvy to pick up on their software they use
  • Must be comfortable with data entry overall
  • MSWD and Excel skills
  • QuickBooks is a huge plus
  • Must be comfortable with data entry overall
  • Positive and eager to work
  • Must be extremely service orientated, have excellent customer service skills along with an easy going personality
  • Assertive but not aggressive
  • Ability to handle conflict and handle stress well
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a very fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle constructive criticism well, learn from your mistakes and move on
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be very detailed, accurate, organized and ability to prioritize

Hours: 16 hours per week Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00am – 3:00pm, may work Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm if needed for coverage
