WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Office Assistant, you will be a resource for the Account Executives, Account Managers, and/or Risk Advisors in selecting which carrier would be a good fit for their clients/prospects.

  • Complete benefits quoting requests
  • Review quotes and prepare documents
  • Pull renewals from carriers
  • Account maintenance
  • Stay current on pricing and product
  • Assist with reports

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Customer service, office or administrative support experience
  • MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Benefits experience a plus
  • Life and health license a plus
  • Handle multiple tasks while working under tight deadlines
  • Detailed
  • Professional communication skills
  • Live within driving distance of Menasha, WI
