WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Assistant, you will be a resource for the Account Executives, Account Managers, and/or Risk Advisors in selecting which carrier would be a good fit for their clients/prospects.
- Complete benefits quoting requests
- Review quotes and prepare documents
- Pull renewals from carriers
- Account maintenance
- Stay current on pricing and product
- Assist with reports
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Customer service, office or administrative support experience
- MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
- Benefits experience a plus
- Life and health license a plus
- Handle multiple tasks while working under tight deadlines
- Detailed
- Professional communication skills
- Live within driving distance of Menasha, WI

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
Length: Temporary to Hire
Pay for the Office Assistant position: $17.00-$24.00/hr. based on experience
Location: Menasha, WI. Hybrid schedule may be available in the future. Must live within driving distance of Menasha, WI.
