WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Office Assistant, you will be working in the National Accounts department.

  • Data entry
  • Match accounts payables and receivables invoices
  • Speak with vendors and store locations

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Data entry and numbers ability
  • Office, accounts payable and/or invoicing experience a plus
  • Receptionist experience a plus
  • Customer service skills
  • MSWD, Excel and data entry skills
  • Madinco and/or AS400 experience a plus
  • Team player and flexible to assist in other areas
  • Career-driven and strong work ethic
