WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Assistant, you will schedule and confirm appointments for inspections and services.
- Enter invoices and billing into QuickBooks
- Greet walk-in customers
- Answer phone calls
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Office experience a plus
- MSWD and Excel skills
- QuickBooks experience a plus
- Positive, eager to learn and outgoing

Hours: 40 hours per week between 7:30am-5:00pm
Length: Temporary to Hire
Pay for the Office Assistant position: $12.00-$15.00/hr. based on experience
