WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Office Assistant, you will schedule and confirm appointments for inspections and services.

  • Enter invoices and billing into QuickBooks
  • Greet walk-in customers
  • Answer phone calls

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Office experience a plus
  • MSWD and Excel skills
  • QuickBooks experience a plus
  • Positive, eager to learn and outgoing
