WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Office Assistant, you will label, re-organize and file accounts payable paperwork.

  • Pull staples out of store paperwork
  • Organize papers for scanning
  • Scan paperwork into the system
  • Assist in two different areas at the corporate office

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Hours: 40 hours per week between the hours of 7:00am-5:00pm

Length: Temporary-to-Hire

Pay for the Scanner / Office Assistant position: 16.00/hr.
