WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Assistant, you will enter client invoices as well as scan documents, reconcile monthly statements, clean up & upload data.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Office assistant experience (ideally 1 year)
- Data entry experience preferred
- Accounting experience a plus
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Easygoing & outgoing personality
- Detailed and accurate
- Team player
