Our client specializes in selling and servicing construction equipment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Office Assistant, you will enter client invoices as well as scan documents, reconcile monthly statements, clean up & upload data.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Office assistant experience (ideally 1 year)
  • Data entry experience preferred
  • Accounting experience a plus
  • MSWD and Excel skills
  • Easygoing & outgoing personality
  • Detailed and accurate
  • Team player
