Our client is a luxury car service in the Madison area.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Assistant, you will handle the daily schedule of drivers as well as assign jobs and vehicles.
- Data entry of customer information
- Light accounting (mainly entry)
- Maintain filing system
- Back-up to answer phones & take messages
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1+ years of office assistant type experience
- Customer service experience
- Phone experience a plus
- MSWD & Excel skills
- Friendly
- Detailed and organized
- Take direction well
- Team player
WHAT YOU GET:

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: 20 hours per week you will work Monday-Friday, ideally 10:00am-2:00pm but would consider 11:00am-3:00pm
Length: Temporary-to-Hire
Pay for the Office Assistant position: $15.00-$18.00/hr. based on experience
