WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Office Assistant, you will answer phones as well as greet customers and assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks.

  • Data entry of orders
  • Filing

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Phone experience and comfortable with phone work
  • Office experience ideal
  • Aviation experience/background a plus
  • Computer savvy
  • MSWD and Excel skills
  • MAC and PC usage experience preferred
  • Updating websites or updated web store product information experience a plus
  • QuickBooks and/or Smartsheet experience a plus
  • Friendly, personable and easygoing
  • Professional and self-disciplined
  • Confident, thick skinned, calm and composed
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently
  • Team player

Hours: 20 hours per week between Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Pick your schedule!
