WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Assistant, you will answer phones as well as greet customers and assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks.
- Data entry of orders
- Filing
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Strong customer service skills
- Phone experience and comfortable with phone work
- Office experience ideal
- Aviation experience/background a plus
- Computer savvy
- MSWD and Excel skills
- MAC and PC usage experience preferred
- Updating websites or updated web store product information experience a plus
- QuickBooks and/or Smartsheet experience a plus
- Friendly, personable and easygoing
- Professional and self-disciplined
- Confident, thick skinned, calm and composed
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well independently
- Team player

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: 20 hours per week between Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Pick your schedule!
Length: Temporary, possible Temporary-to-Hire
Pay for the Office Assistant position: $15.00-$18.00 / hr. based on experience
