WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Assistant, you will answer phones as well as greet walk-in traffic and file paperwork.
- Enter incoming orders by phone/email and make outbound calls to get orders to enter
- Report and match PO’s to invoices
- Enter invoices and check runs
- Back up to payroll
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Clerical, administrative, office assistant type backgrounds preferred
- Payroll experience preferred
- MSWD & Excel skills
- Focused to get the work done, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
- Excellent people skills
- Team player
