WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Assistant, you will greet patients as well as answer incoming calls and check & respond to emails/faxes.
- Process incoming job applications and give to HR
- Process dental patient cases, unbox, clean and restock products
- Schedule shipments
- Track, receive and bill out dental patient cases
- Deliver and pick up dental patient cases at dental offices
- Establish/maintain professional relationships
- Plan, organize and pack cases prior to route
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 2+ years of dental industry experience
- Office assistant experience
- Computer savvy
- Detail oriented

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
Length: Temporary-to-Hire
Pay for the Office Assistant position: $16.00-$20.00/hr. based on experience
