WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Office Assistant, you will greet patients as well as answer incoming calls and check & respond to emails/faxes.

  • Process incoming job applications and give to HR
  • Process dental patient cases, unbox, clean and restock products
  • Schedule shipments
  • Track, receive and bill out dental patient cases
  • Deliver and pick up dental patient cases at dental offices
  • Establish/maintain professional relationships
  • Plan, organize and pack cases prior to route

  • 2+ years of dental industry experience
  • Office assistant experience
  • Computer savvy
