Our client specializes in industrial, commercial and residential heating and cooling.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Office Assistant, you will be the main receptionist for the company as well as assisting with administrative tasks.

  • Answer phones
  • Help customers with questions
  • Greet walk-in traffic
  • Filing
  • Data entry
  • Set up calendars
  • Track and schedule the maintenance on vehicles
  • Email customers
  • Assist with basic accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and compiling billing information

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Receptionist, office or administrative experience within a business setting
  • Strong numbers ability
  • Accounting experience a plus
  • Excel and Outlook skills
  • Computer savvy
  • Friendly and outgoing
  • Organized and able to prioritize
  • Not afraid to ask questions, able to take initiative, have a good business sense to learn the business
  • Work independently as well as with a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:00pm and Friday 7:30am-3:00pm. Part time option available as well, must be available at least Monday/Wednesday/Friday.

Length: Temporary, possible Temporary-to-Hire

Pay for the Office Assistant position: $17.00-$19.00/hr. based on experience
