Are you an Office Assistant who is upbeat and enjoys working with people? Are you an Office Assistant who is looking for an opportunity with part-time hours?

Our client is a school in the Green Bay, WI area.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Office Assistant, you will be the liaison between the students and the school as well as handle the administrative duties for the office.

  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Greet students and instructors
  • Participate in the recruiting process of new students that are interested
  • Answer questions about the school
  • Receive lead emails from potential students they will need to call to answer questions and try to schedule them in for a tour
  • Schedule students in for tours
  • Maintain and create binders
  • Help to organize the open houses
  • Maintain and create reports
  • Assist with maintaining the class curriculum
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the office

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Customer service and/or office experience
  • Computer savvy to learn new software
  • MSWD & Excel skills
  • QuickBooks experience a plus
  • Self-starter and take initiative
  • Very personable, happy & a positive attitude
  • Detailed, accurate and organized
  • Take ownership of the position and eager to learn
