Our client is a school in the Green Bay, WI area.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Assistant, you will be the liaison between the students and the school as well as handle the administrative duties for the office.
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Greet students and instructors
- Participate in the recruiting process of new students that are interested
- Answer questions about the school
- Receive lead emails from potential students they will need to call to answer questions and try to schedule them in for a tour
- Schedule students in for tours
- Maintain and create binders
- Help to organize the open houses
- Maintain and create reports
- Assist with maintaining the class curriculum
- Order supplies and maintain inventory
- Maintain the cleanliness of the office
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Customer service and/or office experience
- Computer savvy to learn new software
- MSWD & Excel skills
- QuickBooks experience a plus
- Self-starter and take initiative
- Very personable, happy & a positive attitude
- Detailed, accurate and organized
- Take ownership of the position and eager to learn

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: 9-20 hours per week, ideally 3 days per week between 8:00am-5:00pm. Contact us for additional details.

Pay for the Office Assistant position: $17.00-$20.00/hr. based on experience
