WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Office Assistant, you will price, code as well as enter delivery receipts and enter credit memos & invoices.

  • Answer inquiries from company locations
  • Match memos to debit reports
  • Process accounts to meet deadlines
  • General clerical duties including data entry and filing

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Office experience and extremely strong Excel skills needed
  • Accounts payables and/or invoicing experience a plus
  • Excel skills
  • Strong and accurate data entry skills
  • MaddenCo or AS400 software experience a plus
  • Ability to work with massive amounts of data and processes
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Team oriented & career-driven
