WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Office Assistant / Accounts Payable Clerk, you will review incoming invoices & expenses for the IT department as well as compare invoices to user accounts for accuracy.

  • Send invoices on for payment
  • Document findings and discrepancies into an Excel spreadsheet
  • Relay any issues or discrepancies to the manager’s attention

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Invoicing & accounts payable experience
  • Excel skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Quick learner and not afraid to ask questions
  • Handle repetitive work well
  • Live within an hour of Green Bay, WI

Hours: 30-40 hours per week between 7:00am-5:00pm
