WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Assistant / Accounts Payable Clerk, you will review incoming invoices & expenses for the IT department as well as compare invoices to user accounts for accuracy.
- Send invoices on for payment
- Document findings and discrepancies into an Excel spreadsheet
- Relay any issues or discrepancies to the manager’s attention
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Invoicing & accounts payable experience
- Excel skills
- Self-motivated
- Quick learner and not afraid to ask questions
- Handle repetitive work well
- Live within an hour of Green Bay, WI

Hours: 30-40 hours per week between 7:00am-5:00pm
Length: Temporary
Pay for the Office Assistant / Accounts Payable Clerk position: $17.00-$20.00/hr. based on experience
Location: Green Bay, WI. Position can be onsite, remote or hybrid. Must live within an hour of Green Bay, WI.
