WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Office Coordinator, you will support the Business Manager as well as the leadership team and clinics.

  • Bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations
  • Assist with tenant management and proposal project requests
  • Greet visitors coming to the business office
  • Answer phones and direct calls
  • Coordinate clinic-wide meetings and special functions
  • Work with Clinic Coordinators re: equipment repairs and supplies

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 2+ years of administrative and bookkeeping experience
  • MSWD, Excel and typing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask
