WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Coordinator, you will support the Business Manager as well as the leadership team and clinics.
- Bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations
- Assist with tenant management and proposal project requests
- Greet visitors coming to the business office
- Answer phones and direct calls
- Coordinate clinic-wide meetings and special functions
- Work with Clinic Coordinators re: equipment repairs and supplies
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 2+ years of administrative and bookkeeping experience
- MSWD, Excel and typing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
Length: Temporary-to-Hire
Pay for the Office Coordinator position: $16.00-$20.00/hr. based on experience
