WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Coordinator, you will process payroll, accounts payable, reconcile monthly bank statements and handle budget preparation.
- Record keeping, enter deposits and prepare contribution statements & reports
- Assist and coordinate weekly collection counting
- Answer phones and greet walk in traffic
- Register parish members, baptisms, weddings and funerals
- Communicate activities via website, announcements, bulletin and social media
- Website maintenance
- Coordinate hall rentals and order church, office and cleaning supplies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly processes
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable etc. experience
- Office / administrative support background preferred
- Associate degree in Accounting preferred
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Microsoft Publisher preferred
- QuickBooks, Peachtree or any relatable accounting software programs preferred
- Work in a culture that promotes a traditional Catholic and biblical worldview
- Self-motivated

- Live within driving distance of Stephensville, WI

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:00pm/5:00pm or Monday-Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm. Pick your schedule!
Length: Temporary to Hire
Pay for the Office Coordinator position: $17.00-$22.00/hr. based on experience
Location: Stephensville, WI. Hybrid schedule is available. After training, option to WFH on Fridays. Must live within driving distance of Stephensville, WI.
