Are you an Office Manager who is extremely detail and numbers oriented? Are you an Office Manager who is looking for a career opportunity within a family team environment?

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Office Manager, you will be handling the accounting, human resources and general day-to-day office duties.

  • Billing
  • Close orders
  • Financial statements
  • Accounts payables, receivable and collections
  • Monitor cash flow
  • Handle renter fees
  • Plan for cost of inflation rent increases
  • Assist with preparing payroll including working with commissions
  • Monitor suppliers rebates
  • Post finance programs
  • Assist with human resources duties
  • Post new hire ads
  • Monitor PTO/vacation hours
  • Monitor workman’s compensation
  • Handle insurance quotes, file accident and workman’s compensation claims

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 2+ years of accounting experience (ideally working with financials)
  • Any office management or HR experience is a plus
  • Experience working in a smaller company/environment is ideal
  • Computer savvy with the ability to learn their software quickly
  • Basic skillset in MSWD and intermediate in Excel
  • Any ADP software is a huge plus
  • Self-starter and motivated
  • Energetic, personable and friendly
  • Must be willing and eager to learn
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Must adapt well to change
  • Must be extremely detailed, numbers orientated and accurate
  • Ability to work very well independently in an environment with very little supervision
  • Must be able to do stairs
  • Career-driven and strong work ethic
