Our client specializes in customer metal fabricating.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Office Manager, you will be a liaison between the office and production teams.

  • Maintain organization of the office
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Work with job orders and purchase orders
  • Assist with accounting duties
  • Back-up to answering phones
  • Manage office supplies inventory

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Administrative / office management experience – ideally 3+ years
  • Accounting experience helpful
  • Metal or wood fabrication experience helpful
  • MSWD and Excel skills
  • ERP experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Work well in a fast-paced and priority changing environment
  • Strong time management skills
  • Self-starter and driven
  • Strong work ethic
