WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Manager, you will be a liaison between the office and production teams.
- Maintain organization of the office
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Work with job orders and purchase orders
- Assist with accounting duties
- Back-up to answering phones
- Manage office supplies inventory
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Administrative / office management experience – ideally 3+ years
- Accounting experience helpful
- Metal or wood fabrication experience helpful
- MSWD and Excel skills
- ERP experience is a plus
- Strong leadership skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Work well in a fast-paced and priority changing environment
- Strong time management skills
- Self-starter and driven
- Strong work ethic

Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm
Length: Temporary to Hire or Direct Hire
Pay for the Office Manager position: $25.00-$30.00/hr. based on experience
