WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Manager, you will answer incoming calls as well as prepare sales orders, invoices and packing slips.
- Schedule shipping
- Handle incoming mail
- Recruit & schedule interviews
- On board employees
- Handle employee write ups, vacation coordination and help with employee reviews
- Time card tracking, billing and collect payments from customers
- Build vendor relationships
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 2-3+ years of administrative support, office assistant and/or receptionist (with a variety of duties) experience
- Customer service skills
- Managerial experience preferred
- Excel skills
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Strong & accurate data entry skills
- Detailed and a quick learner
- Enjoys having various duties (running an office)
- Works well in a fast- paced & hard-working environment
- Work well independently and in a team environment

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm (overtime may be required)
Length: Temporary-to-Hire or Direct Hire
Pay for the Office Manager position: $20.00-$24.00/hr. based on experience
