WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Office Manager, you will answer incoming calls as well as prepare sales orders, invoices and packing slips.

  • Schedule shipping
  • Handle incoming mail
  • Recruit & schedule interviews
  • On board employees
  • Handle employee write ups, vacation coordination and help with employee reviews
  • Time card tracking, billing and collect payments from customers
  • Build vendor relationships

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 2-3+ years of administrative support, office assistant and/or receptionist (with a variety of duties) experience
  • Customer service skills
  • Managerial experience preferred
  • Excel skills
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
  • Strong & accurate data entry skills
  • Detailed and a quick learner
  • Enjoys having various duties (running an office)
  • Works well in a fast- paced & hard-working environment
  • Work well independently and in a team environment
