WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Support / Sales Associate, you will enter data for sample requests as well as review/respond to customers on samples.
- Facilitate shipment of samples to customers
- Follow up with customers on approval for art that needs to get to production
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Customer service or sales experience where you worked on the phones (1+ years preferred)
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Strong and accurate data entry/typing skills
- Friendly, personable and easygoing
- Strong organizational skills
- Fast-paced and detail orientated
- Strong multitasking skills
- Work well independently
- Strong communication skills
- Okay with repetitive work

Hours: 30-40 hours per week between 7:00am-6:00pm
Pay for the Office Support / Sales Associate position: $17.00/hr.
