As a Payroll Assistant, you will review time sheets as well as run & review reports for the Payroll department at the corporate office.

  • Ensure employees are being paid correctly
  • Call supervisors/managers on time sheet discrepancies
  • Add child support/garnishment orders into the system
  • Review terminated employee payroll records for correct documentation
  • Work with HR on new hires so they are set up correctly in the system with proper access
  • Answer questions for employees in regards to their system access and payroll check questions


  • Data entry/office experience
  • Payroll experience a plus
  • Computer savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excel skills
  • Strong and accurate data entry skills
  • Extremely detailed and accurate
  • Ability to maintain confidential information

Hours: 40 hours between 7:00am-5:00pm
