WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Property & Casualty / Insurance Account Manager, you will work closely with the Account Executive whose focus is upselling and reaching goals.
- Provide client service to assigned accounts by responding to client needs, inquiries and complaints
- Develop relationships with clients, carrier partners and risk advisors
- Handle service requests via phone and e-mail
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Must live in or near Menasha, WI
- Must have Property & Casualty (P&C) License
- Computer savvy
- MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
- Must be sales oriented with an eagerness to reach your goals
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
- Excellent problem resolution skills
- Ability to prioritize as situations change or arise
- Strong and effective verbal/written communication skills

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm or 8:00am – 4:30pm
Length: Temporary to Hire
Pay for the Property & Casualty / Insurance Account Manager position: $19.00 / hr.
Location: Menasha, WI – this position is a hybrid schedule possibly remote option available must live in or near Menasha, WI
