As a Purchasing/Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, ordering and scheduling all remodels for the homeowners from start to finish.

  • Team expert and resource of all product knowledge, installation, inventory and warranty inquiries
  • Manage the process of job scheduling by coordinating and verifying the materials for job installation
  • Manage the scope of work from start to finish
  • Meet with design consultants to review each individual job and scope of work
  • Order all material required to complete an installation
  • Schedule vendors required to complete an installation
  • Develop solid relationships with the vendors and suppliers
  • Provide excellent communication with the vendors, suppliers and internal team members
  • Schedule installation staff to complete the work as scheduled to meet the targeted installation date(s)
  • Identify and monitor job quality control
  • Manage stock inventory
  • Manage inbound shipments
  • Check in job materials
  • Create job bins
  • Fill in where needed to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations
  • Train and educate fellow team members
  • Meet with homeowners
  • Assist homeowners with the design of their rooms
  • Qualify and set leads/appointments


  • Previous purchasing and/or project coordinator experience
  • Any product knowledge or even construction industry knowledge is a huge plus
  • Experience working with measurements, using a tape measure, etc. is a huge plus
  • Must be internet savvy
  • MSWD and Excel skills
  • Self-motivated, friendly and personable
  • Top-notch customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment where it can be chaotic at times
  • Must be proactive and take initiative, know there is always something to do and get tasks done
