WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Receptionist, you will greet clients, answer multi-line phones and process mail.
- Call clients to schedule appointments and meetings
- Projects such as filing and scanning
- Order office supplies
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Reception, administrative / office support experience
- Financial industry experience preferred
- MSWD, Excel, Outlook and data entry skills
- Computer savvy
- Trustworthy, organized and multi-tasking skills
