WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, you will be sitting at the front desk and will be the first point of contact along with managing the front area.
- Greet all walk-in traffic
- Answer phones and transfer calls
- Help with new hire
- Work with UPS, Fed Ex and work with the inter-office courier
- Respond to emails
- Set up the conference rooms
- Coordinate off-site meetings
- Follow up with vendors and do building management
- Handle petty cash
- Update the master schedule for all employee’s PTO and travel time
- General support for their management team
- Miscellaneous projects
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Office, receptionist, administrative and/or customer service type work
- MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
- PowerPoint knowledge is highly preferred
- Professional front desk personality
- Friendly and personable
- Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Easygoing and team player
- Strong communication skills

Pay for the Receptionist / Administrative Assistant position: $16.00 – $19.00 / hr. – based on experience
